返金ポリシー

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please place a note in the package with your first name, last name, email, reason for return, and order number.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Vintage Item Disclaimer

All vintage items are pre-owned and may show natural signs of age, such as minor wear, fading, or small imperfections. These characteristics are not considered defects but are part of the garment’s unique history and appeal.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you will receive store credit that can be used toward a separate purchase.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as required by applicable law. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Store Credit

We do not offer full or partial refunds to the original payment method. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit for the approved amount of the returned merchandise.

Store credit will be issued after we receive and inspect your return. Once approved, we will notify you and provide the store credit details. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after it has been received.
